Currently, through Ingram Advisory Group, Terry serves as a fractional CEO and strategic advisor, guiding startups and SMEs through critical growth phases and transformational challenges.His strategic leadership has impacted major corporations including Shell, Pfizer, Nestle, and General Dynamics. Terrys expertise encompasses marine, chemicals, oil & gas, food & beverage, industrials, energy, and cosmetics & fragrance sectors. Tahl has had an extensive career, predominantly in Silicon Valley. Early on, he worked for system integration companies, pioneering some of the first factory automation projects at Ford and GM. He later transitioned to the finance industry, becoming the CTO of Providian Financial, a Fortune 500 company eventually acquired by Chase. At Cisco, Tahl built and managed a global enterprise architecture consulting practice, expanding it to 13 countries. He then moved to Visa, where he oversaw the companys enterprise architecture group and was responsible for the technology master plan. During his tenure at Visa, Tahl was introduced to the startup world through technology due diligence for acquisitions. His team played a key role in the $1.6 billion acquisition of Cybersource as well as the acquisition of Playspan.Just as he was preparing for retirement, Tahl founded Lifestate, an IoT healthcare startup, in 2015. He successfully exited the company in 2019 and relocated to Florida.Currently, Tahl is an AI Technologist, advising companies, participating in AI-focused panels, and engaging in hands-on generative AI development. He is also a guest lecturer on AI at Florida International University (FIU) and Florida Atlantic University (FAU). As an active angel investor, Tahl is a partner and board member with Seedfunders. He continues to support the startup ecosystem by mentoring new ventures and delivering his highly sought-after pitch class periodically.

Rhys L. Williams is a seasoned leader in venture finance, entrepreneurial management, and early-stage life sciences with over 25 years of experience. As the Founder and President of FloridAngel Capital Advisors and former Managing Director of FAU Tech Runway, he has spearheaded numerous biotech spinouts and cultivated Floridas startup ecosystem. He co-founded the New World Angels in 2003, Florida’s premier structured angel investor group, achieving multiple successful exits across therapeutics, devices, and healthcare IT.Mr. Williams holds degrees from Harvard College (magna cum laude) and the University of Florida (JD and MBA with honors, class president).
